Quickbooks sales receipts bulk import
Bodhi tree boutique hotels took over business that ran proprietary accounting and Pos system . We had to integrate all the data in to Quickbook Enterprise .QuickBooks has a powerful tool called bulk import that can save time and effort for businesses that have a large number of sales receipts. Data need to be formatted accurately and precise and we did the automation
POS Customization
We use opensource OpenBravo Point of Sales Terminal .We customize for Front end hotel and Restaurant .Sales Data is stored in Mysql Database and is updated automatically to the accounting system every shift .
Excel Automation
Updating data to excel heat Map Chart after every compliance Wifi test for Starhub test is very time consuming and tedious . We wrote python script to automate the result with a click.
Color Coded Map
New installed Wifi installed at the airport needed to be tested for strength at various location. An auto generated Color coded map allow quick decision to increase or decrease the number of router .Python script was written on give map template.
Raw Data Cleaning
Bulk of our project involve testing. A lot of data from testing need to filtered and cleaned and formatted to Excel .
